Harrison,
Dear mum (Taerlin Centre stage) and dad (Nahrof Northern Exposure). I thought i would write you a quick note to let you know how I’m getting along up here in sunny Queensland. As you know it is my birthday soon and i thought i would let you know what i have done in a year. Inittially it was all a bit of a fright going in that big aeroplane on my own, but now i love it here. I share a house with my siblings Molly the rotweiller, cosmo and mia the cat whom i like to round up every now and then, i mean every minute of the day, it keeps them on their toes, and sometimes their toes become lodged in my nose. I love to go for walks in the park and down the beach, where i run around and bark at all my other friends. We sometimes go fishing out in the boat and i hang over the side barking at the waves rushing by, i think it drives my new mum nuts, something about fishing is suppose to be a nice quiet relaxing adventure. One time i had to have all my beautiful hair cut off because i got something called hot spot, mum said it is due to the humidity plus all the surf i was running in and didnt dry off. However my hair is starting to grow back now much to mums delight. Another traumatic experience for me was when i went to the vets, where they put me to sleep and when i woke my crown jewels were missing and to this day i have not found them. Mum said they had to go as she was sick of seeing me hump everything in sight. no idea what that means. You will be proud to know i aced puppy school then dog obedience as you know i would as i am a border collie after all. Mum is looking around for a school that can expand my talents, she says i am fast runner and a quick learner so i dont know what she has in stall. Well thats it for now i might go back to lying on the couch if the cat is not on it. Hope you enjoy the photos. PS my mum said to say thanks for producing such a beautifu boy. All the best Harrison (Terrabella Take a Bow), what a strange name, now i know why the dog in footrot flats keeps his name a secret.
The message is ready to be sent with the following file or link attachments:Hi Toni, just a quick note to let you know of your offsprings progress, not much really!
He does not fetch, he thinks thats Mollys job. He will grab the ball and make molly chase him then he will dump it somewhere difficult for her to retrieve. The other day we were at a surf beach and i thought i was going to lose my husband as Harrison decided to dump the ball in the surf, and then Molly went to retrieve it and i thought she was going to get caught in a rip. I thought i was going to lose my husband as i was just about to tell him to save Molly, but she quickly got the ball and brought it back onto the sand. Im sure i heard Harrison snickering under his breath.
I said to Graham i should send the breeder of Harrison some updated photos, and we both laughed. That is another thing my border collie doesn’t do, pose for photos. Did you send me a dud or what. Anyways i have discovered the way to get Harrison to pose, all you need to do is hold the almighty powerful green orb alias a tennis ball above the camera and he will sit their mezmorized. So hence i hope you enjoy the update. And once again thankyou very much for my black and white fur ball, who needs another shave, his hair grows so quickly. We keep his hair short due to ticks and the heat.
Merry Christmas and thank you Tracy, Graham, Molly and Harrison from the Gold Coast Queensland.
