Ticket was my original Border Collie, he is my 24/7 house dog. He had the most amazing herding ability ever and was starting a career in 3 sheep trials. Unfortunately an accident at 11 months cut short his showing career on 75 points. Ticket had his hock joint fused at 3 years of age. In 2007 this operation had failed and he had to have his leg removed. He is my best friend, he looks after all things that are mine, he is my devoted companion and the pride dog in the house. I am sad that Ticket cannot fulfill his desire to please especially in the farm work. A more talented dog on sheep would be hard pressed to find. He now spends his time at my side as well as enjoying a padded bed next to mine.
